Coached by Sue - What's it all about?

As you know from the About page on my website I have been working in healthcare since I was 17.  I cant say it was all easy as there has been many roller coaster moments in my journey but what I am grateful of is that it has been full of forward momentum and growth.  The thing that has been constant in my journey is that I have learned.  I have learned more about how health care works, how people are complex, and when you mix the two together it can be like a beautiful dance of synchronized movements or it can be a dark and agonizing tale of chaos if not understood/respected well. I have learned so much about humans - good and bad and myself (also good and bad) as I have traversed this wild ride.

Along the way on the wild ride I have walked alongside some inspirational people who shared their time, spirit and energy with me to show me another way of being.  I kept asking questions and wanted to know more and they were gracious and I thank them all.  Needless to say I have been privileged to have many great people around me who have given their spirit willingly and to which allowed me to grow my confidence to believe in my own success to be a leader in healthcare. 

My leadership journey introduced me to Coaching as a way of transforming others and from this I have continued learning the science and art that is Coaching.  I have been Coaching in my work for 10 years now and have had great success supporting people to grow themselves to the vision they created for themselves in their lives and work.  I am excited that after 10 years I had the courage to start my own business to coach full time and support others to be the best version of themselves.   

To me Coaching helps you gain clarity about who you are being and who you want to be, it helps you make better decisions and design a life worth getting out of bed for.  For that I am grateful for Coaching.
